14 days, no friction.
Paid tiers (Maker, Pro, Scale)
- Request a refund within 14 days of a charge and we refund it in full — no questions beyond what we need to find the payment.
- How: email support@mysticapi.com, or simply reply to your key email, from the address you used at checkout. Include the approximate charge date.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
- Refunding a charge cancels the subscription; the key drops to the free tier immediately.
What is not refundable
- Charges older than 14 days (cancel any time to stop future charges — cancelling is never blocked).
- x402 pay-per-call payments: on-chain settlement is final by the nature of the rail; each call is $0.01, so exposure is minimal.
