Terms of Service

Plain terms for using the MysticAPI service (the API at mysticapi.com, the MCP server, and these pages). Using the service means you accept them.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older to use MysticAPI, buy a subscription, or request a key.

What the service is — and is not

MysticAPI computes deterministic charts (Energy Blueprint bodygraphs, sky positions, numerology, relationship composites) from the inputs you send. All output is for informational purposes only. It is not medical, financial, psychological, or legal advice, and no output should be used to make decisions in those areas. Consult a qualified professional for such decisions.

Your account and keys

• Keys are issued per email; keep them secret. You are responsible for calls made with your key.
• One active free key per email. Paid tiers are flat monthly subscriptions with the call allotments published on the pricing table; allotments reset on the 1st (UTC).
• We may revoke keys used for abuse (rate-limit evasion, resale of raw output at scale without a paid tier, unlawful use).

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly by Stripe until you cancel. Cancelling downgrades the account to the free tier at the end of the paid period. Refunds: see the refund policy (14 days).

Service quality

The service is provided as-is, without warranty. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the month the claim arose.
